Pharmacy Weight Loss Portsmouth | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of our online weight loss clinic and pharmacy services. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Portsmouth is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) based in Portsmouth, UK. We provide prescription weight loss treatments through a regulated online consultation and dispensing service. Our services are available to residents of Portsmouth and the surrounding areas.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone we deem unsuitable based on clinical assessment.

Our weight loss treatments are not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, individuals under 18, or those with certain medical conditions that contraindicate treatment. Our prescribing pharmacist will assess your eligibility during the consultation process.

You must inform us of all current medications, allergies, and relevant medical history. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your account and could put your health at risk.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical review by our GPhC-registered pharmacist. A prescription will be generated where clinically appropriate and in line with current clinical guidelines.

We do not issue prescriptions on demand. The decision to prescribe remains entirely at the professional discretion of our pharmacist. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the period stated and cannot be transferred to third parties.

You must not share, sell, or transfer any medication dispensed to you. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not guaranteed.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at checkout. We will not process your order until payment has been successfully received.

5. Delivery

Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where required. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.

If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days depending on your payment provider.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact details provided on our website.
